Unethical company

Pros

Only to the Asia Pacific Business Center - There's good work-life balance, Family Friendly Friday (knock off at 4.30pm), Compressed Work Week (half-day Friday) during school holidays. Colleagues are supportive and friendly.

Cons

Leadership team is the worst. A lot of micro-managers. Questions and discussions raised with the objective of humiliating or shooting down the other party and not to move the initiatives forward. Products found to be non-compliant but are still released. A lot of bullying methods being used by leadership to their staff. 2 months before Global Voices survey, leadership team started to show concern to staff. Immediately after the survey, they reverted back to their usual self. This is the most unethical company I have seen.

Pros

Flexible work hour and work life balance.

Cons

It is terrible experience if you are under some of hardware leader 1. Some hardware leader does not guide/teach you too much, you need survive by yourself. 2. Some hardware leader most does not come into Lab, no matter testing, troubleshooting or anything problems happen. (How to solve hardware problem without coming to lab?). they only want to work from home. 3. Some hardware leader push all things to the engineer who take this task.(Engineer learn how to do the task, estimate job load, find problem, solve problem and prepare the report). 4. Some hardware leader does not arrange(almost no plan) the team job/testing/troubleshoot very well. only relax from home. 5. Some hardware leader does not know how to manage people well. So overall what they do? push all things to job taker and they only collect the report from home and deliver to higher level manager.
