Good for cruisers; Bad for progress

Pros

Suits people who only cruise, willing to do what management wants and keeps quiet.

Cons

No clear APAC business strategy to grow; only focus on cost cutting, Politicking people and management favourites have it a lot easier. Lack of accountability is a common trait. Slackers can just get away with a lot of things.

Pros

- Lots of learning opportunities - Easy access to senior management

Cons

- Average Pay, benefits - Job is very manual - Management does not view Asia as a focus market - Typical wanting to outsource operations to India, saves cost but at sacrifice of quality and quantity.
