_ Shrinking industry, heavy office politics, frozen or slow promotion & little pay increment & bonus due to on-going re-structure plan. _ The direction is ambiguous. Many failed business acquisition damaged company finance heavily. As a result, employees became doubtful about company's future and top management's decision. _ Old tech company, old employees. Average age is close to 40. "Younger" people tends to stay at office quite late. Don't come here if you haven't got marriage or girlfriend yet.
