      Pros

      No pros. Management screw up. Any ali baba can be a SM in seatrium. No proper IQ and structure.

      Cons

      Management fickle minded. No proper structure. If u are a foreigner bo bien suck thumb but if u r a singaporean better to know ur rights.

      Company bus from residential areas.

      Cons

      Fake management trainee programme. 0 structure and trainings provided. They are using this programme to attract people in, but it is just to fix their manpower issues. Double standard company with different rules for operations and corporate staff.

      Pros

      If you want to get stroke faster, good place to join. If you get a good reporting manager then you are in luck otherwise good luck.

      Cons

      Bosses like to point fingers at you for the wrong decision they made and lousy direction that they gave as if you were the one that made the decision. One set of data can have multiple versions because different boss demand for different pattern. Pay you below market rate but act as if they pay you a lot and overload you like crazy. Sorry we are human with only 2 hands and 1 brain, we are not AI. Work don’t just magically be done in minutes. Expect you to be reachable at any time of the day even if its 10/11pm. Don’t bother to plan things for the weekends because you will most likely be in office.
