Great customer advocacy, good benefits,

Cons

Long working hours, high risk of burnout, difficult to sell the platform, lack of collaboration and team spirit, mid-managers are micro managers, aren't empathetic to a pandemic situation, low scores on EVS and yet they still don't act upon the feedback given. Breeding a toxic culture in Asia.

Local support account management is not professional/ethical breach. The team operates under favoritism and the personal whims of the director, creating an environment where members fear retaliation. Morale in the team is at an all time low.
