      Good Salary but can be definitely better.

      Cons

      Local Health Benefit can be a blehh~ for many. HR benefits team should check in on local country instead of benchmarking from where-ever. Cost of living and inflation raised but why are the benefits amount still the same after 10 years?

      Collegial culture and a fairly low stress environment. Work life balance is highly rated here

      Cons

      Collaboration and consensus driven culture means lots of meetings/committees and time wasting. Also means relative lack of accountability. Compensation is adequate to fair would say between 70-80th percentile in market
