      Pros

      - Great environment at the office, there are many nice colleagues - US-HQ company so benefits generally in line with their standards in terms of inclusion; caregivers, accessibility and mental health are accounted for

      Cons

      - Terrible terrible leadership. No transparency nor accountability - US-HQ also means SG isn't really noticed for bigger projects/roles - Promotions are based on whether you have a good relationship with the senior leaders, not on merit
