The month of February is usually associated with Valentine’s Day, but we felt that it was a great time to appreciate our co-workers as well! We organised a #giveaHEART campaign for our staff to fold origami hearts and express their gratitude and appreciation to each other. 💓 We saw colleagues from all around the world sending and receiving messages of encouragement and appreciation, written on paper hearts! Some of our colleagues even took the chance to build bonds as a team, coming up with creative ways to fold and present their origami hearts! 👏 This is a testament to the FISH! culture at PSA, where we choose our attitudes to Be There for each other and make each other’s day, through work or play! #TeamPSA #AlwaysAlongside #FISH
In the month of March, we kicked off our annual Wintercamp, PSA’s global virtual learning event for staff and employees! Under the theme “Digitalisation in a New World”, colleagues got to learn about topics related to new technologies such as generative AI, blockchains and the metaverse, as well as how to safeguard ourselves in an increasingly digitally connected world. 💻 Alongside webinars that touch on these topics, our PSA University campuses in Singapore and Antwerp have also organised activities for our staff in these regions. #TeamPSA #AlwaysAlongside #innovation #learning
The month of November was a busy one for the PSA Group! We held our annual Group Innovation Festival, in which our staff from around the world took part in innovation-themed activities, such as visits to other companies, idea-generation workshops, talks about Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and much more.
