Are we in a DEI recession rn?
Would you take a $20k bump to work in person 5 days/week? (Remote Fridays in the summer) & there’s a chance the company will eventually go back to hybrid. you also get the flexibility on ur work hours so could do a 7am-3pm schedule to avoid traffic
Boy I can't wait until wifi gets so reliable that we are able to take calls from the plane. I want to be accessible 24/7! 🙃🤮
About to be a Senior 3 in people consulting at EY. Unsure when I’ll get to manager (EY seems to be not promoting as many rn). Offer from grant thorton offering me 20k more than I make now. Asking for a signing bonus as well. They’re building a new change management practice. Should I go?
$7500 mortgage on 12k take home, am I crazy?
Do a search here for this same question. It’s universally bad. Hard to sell strategy from a commodity tech IPP.
I interviewed with them about three weeks ago and I'm still yet to hear back anything I've sent multiple emails and they just don't reply. It's been quite a bad experience actually.
I have the same question. They have been reaching out to me
I actually just interviewed with them two weeks ago. The process moves really quickly! Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the third round, which was a case study. Overall, though, it seems like they offer a great work-life balance—their hybrid schedule isn't strict at all, and the in-office days are super flexible.
Wow a case study after two rounds of interviewing that company can’t be all that great lol
