1. With the Human Resources department. Going through my cv, and she explained thoroughly what EY in Venezuela does in its diverse departments
2. Along the Senior Manager I was going to respond to. More technical questions but nothing complex.

The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was a one-on-one with a senior manager, focusing on background and experience. The final round was a panel interview with three team members covering technical and behavioral questions. Overall, the process was well-organized and straightforward.
