The overall experience was very good and it went very smoothly and fast. Every step of the way and the timeframe were very clear and the team look very organized in terms of recruiting processes .

The interview was about my ways of working and past experiences.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson
Interview
Quite long interviewing process. They made me fill out 2 tests which took 1 hour, 1 hour Skype call with the team. They gave me a test case to solve a UX problem. I spent a few hours analysing and prototyping it. I sent it to the guy who I was in contact with. He cancelled the interview the next day, because "it was enough to evaluate the candidates". Never heard back from them again. No feedback whatsoever. I had to send them a follow-up email to hear the rejection. I applied to them because I heard they treat employees humanly. Well, I guess it's better that it turned out in time to be a false reputation .

Interview
1. Intro by the interviewer about the company, the position, etc.
2. Introduction about myself.
3. Some questions about my work experience, and some background information.
4. my expectation of the work.
5. ending discussion in general.
The positive confirmation was received a few days after the interview. The whole process is very not intensive and very kind.
