Interview process was very smooth. 1st was HR round , second was OPs round and Amcat was done virtually because there were a lot of candidates. As per my experience all the rounds were not really tough, you just need to be really confident. They will ask about you studies, how will you manage night shift, how was your weekend just to check your comm skills

fast, I applied monday, did a couple of tests like my english level and some questions, voice recording.... next day or couple of days later I got my interview with recruitment, they did some questions like why would I like to work in TELUS, what is the job of a CSR, offered me 3 options so i could choose where would I like to be a CSR (based on my english level), next interview with a TL from such account, questions about the type of bussines the account handles.

I applied online for the customer service position, 3-4 days later I got an email to do some type of online assessment, but after checking the pay, they only offer $14/hour for an experienced and bilingual customer service, I sent an email back saying I was not interested anymore, they sent another invitation and finally called me. I told them again the pay was too little for what the kind of employee they want. Then they sent an email saying, "Hello name,
