Pros

It’s a “swiss company” but I worked in Singapore office. People can be friendly.

Cons

They’re very shady when it comes to bonus like they won’t give it to you because you resigned too early. The HR just whispered to me that I won’t be getting any bonus lols even if you worked very hard in the past year, management cannot take care of their employees they only care about their client even if it’s toxic.

Sorry, to hear that you had such a negative experience. Thanks for your review - we want to further improve and take feedback serious as such we are also conducting leave interviews and have regular survey sessions to get our teammates inputs and derive action items together with them. In a project environment some projects can be more challenging than others. Consequently, we rotate our teammates if possible between the projects to give them the chance to learn new skills and to work in different teams and industries. As per company remuneration policy leavers are not entitled to bonus. All the best for your upcoming endeavors. Nicole

Pros

They do a great job at vetting good people you'll actually want to work with. I haven't really had a bad experience with any of my coworkers. Work-life balance is also pretty great. It's up to you how much you work from home or from the office. The option to work part time is also a plus.

Cons

Unfortunatelly there are really not that many project opportunities. Yes, this is somewhat true for the whole sector at the moment, but Adnovum has been struggling with this for quite a while. It's easy to "get stuck" on a project, which is worsened by the fact the we have quite a few legacy technologies still in use. Having to invest you time into legacy frameworks or outdated libraries without the prospect of working on a new green field project feels like a career setback.
