      Pros

      1. Excellent learning opportunities. 2. Amazing work culture. 3. Folks around me are always ready to help and are very polite. 4. High quality engineering is done in the projects. Not just another tech company which is doing some outsourcing stuff. AdNovum is 25 years old and we have really grown expertise in some areas. 5. If shown interest, you would be given ownership of the product/project/module for which you be responsible and you could learn by doing stuffs end-to-end. 6. Your work preferences are honoured. 7. Opportunity to work with some really smart guys (I really mean it) . 8. No work from home.

      Cons

      1. Not much employee benefits. 2. Need to log each and every hours of your day in an internal portal. 3. No work from home (No this is not a typo, sometimes you just do not want to come to office and work from home) .

      - Knowledge sharing amongst technical teams occasionally. - Good work culture - Pretty solid engineering team

      Cons

      - High turnover rate (and there's no improvement action given on situation). - Lack of new and interesting project (totally different to HQ office). - Engineers were frequently given support task instead of actual software development - beware of JD given to you, it may not be true :) - Average benefit - Need to log your work every single minutes every day

      Singapore office is okay but shady

      Pros

      It’s a “swiss company” but I worked in Singapore office. People can be friendly.

      Cons

      They’re very shady when it comes to bonus like they won’t give it to you because you resigned too early. The HR just whispered to me that I won’t be getting any bonus lols even if you worked very hard in the past year, management cannot take care of their employees they only care about their client even if it’s toxic.

      Sorry, to hear that you had such a negative experience. Thanks for your review - we want to further improve and take feedback serious as such we are also conducting leave interviews and have regular survey sessions to get our teammates inputs and derive action items together with them. In a project environment some projects can be more challenging than others. Consequently, we rotate our teammates if possible between the projects to give them the chance to learn new skills and to work in different teams and industries. As per company remuneration policy leavers are not entitled to bonus. All the best for your upcoming endeavors. Nicole
