- Demotivating - Bad managers - Bad HR - Very poor welfare & benefits in China - Lack of direction/overall strategy for international businesses - Colleagues seem to be in a semi-retirement job, just sitting around & waiting to cash out stocks, which may be a good idea to some - Because there's nothing much to do, a lot of time is spent on useless presentations or politics - You're expected to stay late as it's the company's culture. They believe that working late = working hard when most of the staff spend working hours napping, surfing the net or playing computer games.
