      Nice office, nice co-workers, good bonus when KPIs are met

      Cons

      Chinese speaking working environment, a lot of meetings, upper level communication is in Chinese. Need to work during holidays if China where the HQ located is not off. Business strategy and leaders are kept changing, a lot of misalignments
