      The pay is fair and it’s not to be able to work fully remote

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Full time is around 2350 hours a year. The only vacation you get is the overtime you put in

      Pros

      Most of the people are genuinely nice. CEO believes in the mission.

      Cons

      Talk a big game but don't follow through. It's public accounting whether they like it or not. CEO is great, other partners seem to be shifting the focus though.
