      Pros

      Mostly very nice people and opportunities to take on real substantive client and project work depending on the team. Big emphasis on development opportunities.

      Cons

      Hours/pay ratio is not worth it. Pay much under market value with long hours. Lack of recognition of continued education in pay scales. Very opaque evaluation structure.

      Pros

      Most of the people are genuinely nice. CEO believes in the mission.

      Cons

      Talk a big game but don't follow through. It's public accounting whether they like it or not. CEO is great, other partners seem to be shifting the focus though.
