Pros

None that I have experienced

Cons

Annual layoffs followed by townhalls boasting record profitability. There have now been so many layoffs, that the team is so stretched everyone is just in survival mode. I can't think beyond the next fire I need to put out, let alone focus on my own growth and development in the role. The leadership are weak, and seem to be incapable of asking anything about projects except "How can we make this go faster" and "Whats the bottleneck here". Avoid at all costs, especially if you are ambitious - you'll burn out. Everyone is working minumum 10 hours a day because they have absorbed the roles of those who've been laid off. The company is a house of cards waiting to collapse.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions to Corpay. We regret that your experience has been difficult and that you have felt unsupported, overextended, and discouraged. We understand that repeated layoffs can have an impact far beyond the employees who leave. When reductions occur year after year, they can create a lasting sense of uncertainty among those who remain, making it difficult to feel secure, focused, or optimistic about the future. Even in organizations that continue to perform well financially, employees may struggle when they feel staffing reductions are becoming the norm rather than the exception. That kind of environment can make it harder for teams to maintain trust, continuity, and confidence in leadership’s long-term direction. We also recognize that burnout often builds gradually when responsibilities continue to increase without enough relief, support, or resources. When employees are regularly asked to absorb additional work, respond to urgent issues, and keep pace after teams have been reduced, it can shift the day-to-day experience from productive to purely reactive. In those conditions, it becomes much harder to focus on development, strategic thinking, or long-term growth in a role. Your comments reflect the reality that employees need not only clear priorities but also sustainable workloads and leadership attentive to the human impact of ongoing pressure. Your feedback on leadership is important. Employees want leaders who remove obstacles, support teams, and foster an environment where people can succeed without constant exhaustion. Prolonged periods of survival mode can significantly impact morale, engagement, and retention. Thank you for your candid feedback. Your perspective helps identify where stronger workforce planning, clearer communication, and greater attention to employee well-being are needed.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your contributions at Corpay. We are pleased your experience was positive and that you found the environment respectful and supportive. It is encouraging to know you felt leadership cared about employees and that goals were challenging yet attainable without unnecessary stress. Experiences like these can significantly shape how employees view their time with an organization. We also understand your concern about the 30-minute lunch break. Break structure can significantly affect how supported employees feel, especially in locations where leaving for food is challenging due to traffic or limited time. These practical factors can influence the daily work experience more than they may seem. Your feedback highlights both the strengths of our environment and an area where greater flexibility could enhance the experience. Thank you for sharing your perspective and for noting both what worked well and where improvements could be made.
