      Pros

      Despite the recent bad leader before I left. I am fortunate to have previous good reporting manager.

      Cons

      Very bad management and poor salary increment. Yet company keep inventing slogan to brain wash employee to make us believe we are in the world best class organisation. No career improvement for young engineers, all the good deal goes to senior employees. No chance to improve our knowledge by engagement with universities.

      -Easy internal transfers to learn new components of the engines -Good benefits and hybrid schedule -Ability to travel -Ability to move between engineering groups during downturns on projects

      Cons

      -High attrition and turn over rate for experienced engineers and managers due to company needs in different sections -Lack of access to mentors -Movement towards outsourcing of roles to out of country (USA) -Depending on role, you will be working extra hours and weekends to meet delivery
