      Big company with big name but little salary with little chance of career growth.

      Pros

      Despite the recent bad leader before I left. I am fortunate to have previous good reporting manager.

      Cons

      Very bad management and poor salary increment. Yet company keep inventing slogan to brain wash employee to make us believe we are in the world best class organisation. No career improvement for young engineers, all the good deal goes to senior employees. No chance to improve our knowledge by engagement with universities.

      Nice colleagues around your worplace

      Cons

      Worst place to be. Training not provided. The trainer is from China, cant speak simple english. I dont even know how GE Aviation chose him to be a trainer while he does not even do any work. Bad management. Bad environment. Was thrown different departments within weeks because shortage of man power, and always on so called "training" for 2 years.
