Company is Moving into an Uncertain Direction - Anonymous employee NinjaTrader Employee Review

Lots of recent changes to big picture, we are nonstop hiring executive positions, and then suddenly we got blindsided by an acquisition that was framed as a “partnership”. This has created a lot of uncertainty about the direction and future of the company. When we all found out , there was a lot of questions about our positions and job security, with little to no questions answered. A lot of corporate words and assurance that no changes (short term) will be happening, with no explanation of the future and what to expect. There has also been practically no direction for advancement in position, no clear path or even talks about it.
