There is no budget for salary growth or career growth. Your bonus will be paid in stock, only a quarter of which vests after each year. No transparency on how decision get made. Company valuation may reach it's highest ever, but they'd still lay off 5% of the global workforce in the same month. The culture and values are vocally expressed (One Oracle!) and not followed. Instead legal review determines any interaction with senior leadership.
