Pros
- It was fun in the younger days, mostly because of the hardworking crew who actually kept the place running. - Food was provided, but honestly, it wasn’t great—just another way for them to pretend they’re taking care of staff.
Cons
- Management is an absolute disaster—two-faced, backstabbing, and only good at sucking up to higher-ups. - Career progression? A complete joke. If you’re not in their clique, you can forget about moving up. They always promote the useless bootlickers first while hardworking staff get ignored. - Managers love stealing ideas. They’ll dismiss your suggestions as “not good,” then shamelessly present them to higher management as their own and take all the credit. - They promise to help after taking your manpower, but the moment you actually need them, they disappear faster than a magician’s trick. - Communication is pathetic. Instead of telling you things straight, they always send someone else to do their dirty work because they don’t have the guts to face you. Absolute cowards. - At least there were still a handful of good managers who genuinely tried to do their jobs properly. Unfortunately, they were the minority. - Say goodbye to your weekends. Your personal time? Burned.
