      Bonus above standard market rate. Friendly employees Good place for people who wants a stable job till they retire

      Cons

      Have to wait 15 months to get the bonus. (Eg Jan 14-dec 14's bonus, u will only get in march 15) MC cannot exceed 6 days in a year, if not bonus will be affected. Pay way below market rate Micro management from snr management Employees have no say at all Expected to do OT even when have nothing to do

      Stable job and most department can slack

      Cons

      Unclear directions and old fashion company. High turnover and selfish mentality. Didn’t help that management is a bunch of bullies who hire people with no proper experience.
