-Gained extensive knowledge of Classification Society requirements, internationally recognized standards, basic package design, and related engineering practices. -Developed technical competencies through a combination of on-the-job training, self-learning, and practical project experience.
Cons
-Required to complete assignments and project deliverables within tight deadlines and compressed schedules. -Communication and alignment between management and middle-level personnel. -Limited technical guidance and knowledge-sharing were available from experienced managers. -Lack of support between mid executive, especially senior position managers, always said "neutral" and pretended not to be sure problems existed after being faced. -Blamed and pointed out the working culture for person in charge if missed out. - Bad HR communication (rude and offensive, unprofessional ways) and salary deduction without any reason. -A lot of high positions executive afraid involve in problems and acting not sure with unknown direction. -Low salary and high workload demand. -Colleague relationships always have a gap between them, like feeling insecure, especially approach them for discussion about tasks. -Toxicity working culture. -Not able to raise an issue in the meeting, and high-level managers always said it was not suitable for discussion. -The manager position is more than the assistant engineers, engineers and senior engineers.
