      Office is located in CBD area.

      Cons

      1) Top Down Approach 2) Lack of clear strategic direction 2) Do not appreciate staff 4) Low staff morale which leads to high turnover 5) No Welfare/Benefits. Only gets your annual leave & medical benefit after 3 months. 6) No team spirit

      The company seems able to attract good talent in the senior leadership team. Perhaps by selling the dream and success. The company is in a good sector to makes people lives better - but nothing good for the employees

      All Co-Founders are running the company like dictators, no respect for employees even at senior leadership ranks. No budget provided to execute initiatives, when the demand for result is very aggressive. Employee survey consistently negative, Focused on looking good outside but messy company inside. Similar to other reviews.
