O processo ocorre em várias etapas: testes online, entrevistas não técnicas e técnicas. Após passar em todas elas, você vai para o "pool" de candidatos e então poderá ser alocado em um cliente. Os recrutadores são muito atenciosos e sempre dispostos a te ajudar, porém, o processo como um todo até ser alocado em um cliente/projeto pode levar meses.

The interview process consisted of 3 interviews and one assesment. The first interview was with HR, It consisted on talking about a project i had worked with as well as some Data Science questions. Second interview was technical it was about Machine Learning, statistics and questions on algorithms. Third Interview was talking about how I take decisions during projects. The interviewes have a lot of experience in Analytics, so the interviews are not what I was used to, but also it was a great experience as I had the chance to show what I know, as well as to understand where I was standing regarding my knowledge
