Wise Analyst interview questions

- Too many interview stages - Disconnected questions - Take candidates for granted - 5 interviews with feedback as unsuitable for role based on experience. Waste of candidates' time - Referred for another vacancy where recruiter didn't turn up and then reported back saying I was absent

Was directly contacted by the recruiter and asked to join a call with the manager. The manager arrived and just said:" let me tell you about our company and then you can tell me about yourself". No greetings, no interest in the candidate. I felt he had come with a decision in his mind already! I never felt he was interested in knowing my background as a team member. I will not work for someone like this.
