Pros

The interviewer, a young guy, told us a lot of lies. He told us we could easily get more than $2k and we only need to work 2 days and rest 2 days. He did not tell us that we would be bonded once we go for the security course. This bond is 6 months and you could only resign after 6 months. I worked there for 7 months and not a single month I could reach $2K even I worked 60 hours per week. We worked on 12-hr shift --- 4 days (2 day shifts and 2 night shifts) followed by one and a half day off in a 6-day cycle. You need to give one month notice when you resigned. The basic pay is only $1K. For Malaysian, it is $750. Most of the exceeded amounts are your overtime pay.. They take back your end of year bonus when you resigned before end of June the following year. Year end bonus is about $200 for newbies and $500 for senior.

Cons

A lot of Malaysians in this job. Cannot pay reasonable salary, use lies to con people to join. Malaysians are sent for further courses because they would most likely stay in the jobs. For Singaporeans, you would not be sent for courses as they would probably resign after 6 months. A lot of lowly educated scumbags in this jobs. They are mainly Malaysians that like to bully Singaporeans as Malaysians overwhelmed by a large number in this low paid jobs. Lousy benefits and bonus. Take back your year-end bonus without any shame. You will be fined $300 if you failed intrusion test. If you passed, they give you $25 or $50. You will be given Changi Airport Group vouchers to purchase things at the airport every month but the higher management would confiscated them as they like using ludicrous excuses. Working 12 hours shift is very tiring. You feel like a robot. You got no life. Horrible working environment. Take leave must give 1 week notice.

Pros

I believe there ain't any pros for the company. Being neutral and based on a third party's point of view. The organisation is like a waxed apple, shiny from the nicely polished on the outside but rotting in the inside where it is packed with fat and lazy worms which we called pushing all the blames and snatching all the credits.

Cons

1. Over-promised management 1.1. They will lie their way through in order to get you to sign the agreement contract but once you have entered thinking of great prospects and opportunities for career development, welcome to the other side of the coin. 1.2. They will assume deadline on your behalf but later accused you on task delayed 2. This is a place where firefighting comes daily like a waterfall, your bosses will either act like stones (moving out of the way to avoid getting self burned) or play like the wind (taiji to the nearest person available to be their scapegoat) thus help is never on the way. 3. Micro-management to the peak (they wanna see you in office all the time), no trust between management (unable to accept professional advice thus being angry and getting personal attacks, insist of pressing go ahead thinking dig one hole to cover the other first hence the holes gets more n more), no bonding, No EIQ (yup, no EQ, no IQ) 4. No SOP, no predecessor guides (whoever leaves, they bring their knowledge along), no/avoiding communication with staff (afraid of hearing encountered problems which required their assistance) 5. Lying that things has been done before but in actual fact, it isn't. 6. They believed grass is greener on the other side (never encouraged internal department promotion, prefer taking rejected/retired staffs from other departments) 7. Safety hazards within departments (Things are placed all over with risk of tripped/knocked) 8. May the force be with you (There are better departments within the organisation but this department is definitely hopeless, good luck!)

Pros

Attractive pay. Love my team.

Cons

Long hours. Expected to be contactable even when you're on leave, MC, etc. No work-life balance. Stressful.
