Great roles and competitive pay, but promotion hurdles remain - Recruiter Certis Employee Review

Joined as a Nitec holder, progressed and upgraded myself to a degree holder but was told that promotion only assessed based on my job grade that was awarded to me as a NITEC holder. For years I was told I cannot be promoted because I didn’t have further education. Now that I’ve gotten it, am being told I cannot be promoted due to job grade restrictions. Now I am forced to look outside for growth.
