Pros

As a Latin American, Factored pays you on your national currency. Salaries and benefits are really competitive in Colombia, where I am based. At Factored you will have the opportunity to work with top companies from the USA alongside team mates from all over the americas. People are nice and open to hear all your ideas and support you on your personal and professional growth. Here you can be yourself, dye your hair, have tattoos, or do whatever you want just don't be a jerk to others :) Factored also provides technological equipment for you to do your job and pays for your health insurance. There's also a chance to receive bonuses for doing a great job and a monthly extra money for you to buy food or go to the market.

Cons

Most of the job is remote. If you are the kind of person that would love an office to go to, we have only 2 of them available in Colombia: Bogotá, and Medellin. This is temporary and are still working on defining our expansion for the next year, as we are always growing.

Pros

Factored is a good place to work. The CEO is very transparent and honest, and while salaries are not particularly high, I do think there are good learning opportunities.

Cons

There can be a sense of favoritism among Colombian employees. It may not be very obvious at first, but over time it can feel that way. There are also several family members and even couples working in nearby teams, which may create some concerns around fairness and objectivity.

Pros

- Process was clear, and a lot of information was provided between rounds - People is super gentle, and will guide you through the rounds

Cons

- Process was a bit slow to have the first meeting, then was speeding fast - The initial questionary is pretty big, last about 3 hours
