As a Latin American, Factored pays you on your national currency. Salaries and benefits are really competitive in Colombia, where I am based. Cons
Most of the job is remote. If you are the kind of person that would love an office to go to, we have only 2 of them available in Colombia: Bogotá, and Medellin. This is temporary and are still working on defining our expansion for the next year, as we are always growing.
