I do not recommend anyone to work here. Disappointing and poorly managed company. HR turnover rate is very high and sudden change of policies (bc HR staff keep changing so different policies). Fullerton Health shows little to no care for its SUBSIDIARY companies or the people working in them. There is a clear lack of empathy from management, zero work-life balance, and a rigid top-down culture. Management does not know how to give and take, feedback is one sided and micromanagement is the norm. Instead of trust and support, employees are met with control and unrealistic expectations. Overall, a very demoralizing work environment. And also — big company but Ang Pao only give $10 for CNY (and mind you, it's by paycheck) Paycheck also will cut for CPF so like.... ummm ok. Don't know what HR thinking
