Mixed experience with good policies but toxic ENBD project

Good policies. pretty standard across IT services companies in India. Master payer amongst Service companies in India. Free cab, employee friendly policies to an extent. European and American client/projects are good as per peers. ENBD or any middle eastern projects are major red flags though.

Cons

Hire and Fire culture. Lot of internal politics. ENBD project should be the worst project or team I have worked or even heard about. Too much bootlicking going on and leads are all self obsessed and steals credit from engineers. Engineers are treated horribly in this project. No WLB whatsoever. No growth opporunities. A cesspool of toxic micro-management behavior. unprofessional behavior and foul language is a commonality. Run in the opposite direction if you are enlisted to ENBD or middle eastern client project.
